Thanks, E! I saw your article and appreciate the mention, but we had already made the decision earlier this month. It was really based on the lack of submissions. We are keeping Sci-Fi Shorts. I think it's easier for authors to write scifi flash fiction rather than fantasy. Fantasy is known for being long, so flash fiction runs a little counter to that genre. However, the short pieces were what I enjoyed most about the pub!
